and social service needs of nearly 18 million men, women, and children in 10,000
communities across the country. YMCAs are for people of all faiths, races, abilities,

members and subsequently
developed a marketing program and marketing collateral based on the market research. Collateral
included pocket folder, fact sheets, direct mail campaign (postcard), and an informational brochure.
